Introducing The Broadvine Ledger

Hello and welcome to the first edition of the Broadvine Ledger! This newsletter strives to answer two questions – what do our customers want to know and how can they get the most value from Broadvine?

I am super excited about this newsletter because regular, proactive communication is the foundation of a strong partnership!  With that in mind, I believe it is critical that you, our partners, are kept informed on what we have accomplished, what is happening now and what’s planned for the future.

As many of you know, Broadvine’s first initiative following my arrival was to move our product suite to a cloud-based environment resulting in an 88% increase in performance and reliability. We also refreshed our brand and re-positioned our products to more succinctly communicate who we are and what we do. With these objectives met, we shifted our focus to you and your experiences using our product. This resulted in the creation of a “User Experience” team tasked with simplifying product usability and accelerating our ability to integrate with PMS systems. We also hired a Senior Content Specialist to document all aspects of the product including the development of a knowledge base and user training programs.

With the introduction of the Broadvine Ledger, we now have a vehicle to share our progress, as well as tips and tricks for getting the most from your Broadvine partnership (Did You Know?) and your success stories (Customer Spotlight). Our goal is to present valuable subject matter expertise allowing you to further optimize the use of Broadvine’s products to help you provide the best guest experience possible.
